To be a part of the UJEP family
My name is Haktan Gürkan TUNÇAY, I’ve always dreamed of pursuing my academic career abroad one day with an international perspective and networking. UJEP became my first place where I made my dream come true, quality and availability of the laboratories and the equipment inside was sufficient, modern, and well organized.The teachers were so kind, highly motivated to teach, understanding; simply amazing. Our coordinator Ms.Bohumila was also so helpful, kind and always supportive for us.
The campus life was good but I’d suggest there could be more welcoming events for international students other than ESN. And since UJEP is now undeniably a home for international students, I think the institution should offer more opportunities for those international students to pursue their careers within the walls of this school.
Especially for those students who are a little less fortunate, from outside of the EU. It could be job offers or more English taught masters or phd programs. The memories we have made in the city, the friends we made along the way and the academic perspective and knowledge we have received is so valuable.
And personally I am so thankful for those who made this possible for us.
If I could, I would like to stay and keep being a part of the UJEP family.
