Cyber Comic 2026 – Lost in the Virtual World
In connection with the national finals of the 10th annual Cyber Competition, which will take place on April 22–23, 2026, at J. E. Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem, we are announcing a competition for elementary school students in the Ústí nad Labem Region. The competition is organized in cooperation with the Cyber Security Center, z. ú., and under the auspices of the Ústí nad Labem Region and the city of Ústí nad Labem.
The theme of the competition is Cyber Comic 2026 – Lost in the Virtual World. The task is to create a comic about cyber security – for example, on the topic of digital addiction, cyberbullying, loss of identity, or “fake friends.” Comics can be drawn on paper or digitally, including the use of AI tools. Each comic should have at least 6 panels and tell a comprehensible story.
The competition is divided into categories according to grade and type of work (individual/group). We accept school applications until December 31, 2025, via an online form. Finished works must be submitted by February 28, 2026, at the latest.
The best comics will be awarded during the Cyber Competition finals on April 23, 2026, and their authors will receive prizes. Detailed information about the rules and deadlines can be found in the attached flyer.
