Institute of Nuclear Physics of the CAS invites you to ReMade Workshop 2025

The Institute of Nuclear Physics of the Czech Academy of Sciences is organizing the ReMade Workshop 2025 in Prague from 22 to 23 May 2025 with the subtitle “APPLICATION OF REMADE@ARI CHARACTERISATION METHODS TO RECYCLABLE MATERIALS”. The workshop will take place within the framework of the ReMade@Ari project and will focus on the presentation of analytical and modification methods using ion, neutron and electron beams, with a special emphasis on sustainable and recyclable materials.

The workshop is organised by the Institute of Nuclear Physics of the CAS and aims to present the activities of the ReMade@ARI infrastructure. This infrastructure connects the international scientific community and provides access to unique analytical methods that support the development of new structures and recyclable materials contributing to environmental sustainability and circular economy.

During the Workshop, participants will have the opportunity to learn about the use of ion, neutron and positron beams and electrons for the preparation and characterization of materials and structures applied in sensing, catalysis, energy storage, hydrogen production, pollutant degradation, or waste treatment.

The workshop will also include a section for young researchers and PhD students to present their work, foster collaboration with senior experts and increase their impact in the field.

Registration for the Workshop is open until 30 April 2025.
The registration fee is 1200 CZK for early registration (until 31 March 2025) and 1400 CZK for late registration (from 1 April 2025). Registration is free for students.
