At the Department of Computer Science, students prepare for careers in the field of modern information technology. The emphasis is not only on acquiring specialized knowledge but also on its practical application. Industry professionals are actively involved in teaching, leading, for example, internships, semester projects, or thesis work.
You can study in both bachelor’s and master’s degree programs, in either full-time or part-time formats.
Computer Science at the Faculty of Science, UJEP, is therefore not intended solely for those who already know exactly which direction they want to take in IT. It offers opportunities for anyone who enjoys technology, logical thinking, working with data, finding solutions, and discovering all the possibilities that computer science has to offer.
