AI for uni: Universities in the era of artificial intelligence on November 5 at the Faculty of Science, UJEP
How is artificial intelligence changing the way universities operate – from teaching and research to university management? This is the question that the AI for uni conference, which will take place on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at the UJEP Multifunctional and Information Center as part of the AI Days 2025 festival, will seek to answer.
The conference is intended for academics, students, university professionals, and representatives of educational institutions who are interested in how to use AI meaningfully and responsibly in an academic environment. The program will offer panel discussions, inspiring practical examples, and expert contributions focused on AI in higher education – how it can support creativity, individualization, and student assessment, AI in university management and administration – opportunities for more efficient operation of institutions, academic ethics, integrity, and responsible use of AI, sharing experiences from Czech and foreign universities, and examples of AI strategy implementation.
The views of experts from universities, research institutions, and the application sphere will also be presented.

The AI Days 2025 festival connects universities, cities, schools, and companies throughout the Czech Republic. Its goal is to bring artificial intelligence closer to the general public and show its practical benefits in everyday life, education, and research. The festival is organized by the Czech National AI Platform (CNAIP) in cooperation with the CzechInvest agency’s Technology Incubation project and the AI for Children organization. The general partner is Google, and the main partner is Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Other partners include DataSentics, Gen Digital, NEWTON Media, and Profinit EU. The media partner is WIRED CZ.
