Department of Physics invites you to the lecture ‘Quantum Technologies and Encryption in Practice’
On the occasion of the International Quantum Day, the Department of Physics invites you to a lecture by Jaroslav Hercík ‘Quantum Technologies and Encryption in Practice’ on 3 April 2025 at 14:00.
The lecture will provide an overview of quantum technologies and their impact on encryption security. The event is an official part of the International Quantum Day programme and Ústí nad Labem is one of 70 quantum cities across the world. The official day of celebration falls on April 14th (April 14th/4.14th), which refers to the rounded first digits of Planck’s constant ( 4.1356677×10-15 eV⋅s).
The lecture will take place in Auditorium 1.01 in the Center for Science and Technology Outreach (CPTO) building
