Healthcare without touch? Dr. Liegert will be a guest on the talk show of the 1st Faculty of Medicine of Charles University

On Thursday, 27 February at 5:00 p.m. the talk show Faust’s One by Filip Horky will take place at the Academic Club of the 1st Faculty of Medicine of Charles University. His guests this time will be Mgr. Michaela Liegertová, Ph.D., Vice-Dean for Development and Quality of the Faculty of Science of UJEP and MUDr. Tomáš Šebek, a well-known Czech surgeon.

Talk show about trends not only in medicine will be this time on the topic “Healthcare without touch: Should we look forward or be afraid?”.

Tomáš Šebek, a well-known Czech surgeon who has been going on missions with Doctors Without Borders since 2010. The company he founded is behind the uLekare.cz and proLekare.cz online patient communication projects. He runs the Virtual Waiting Room project at the František Hospital.

Michaela Liegertová, Vice Dean for Development and Quality at the Faculty of Science, UJEP. Her research focuses on modern biotechnology and the interaction of nanomaterials with living systems. She also focuses on the practical applicability of unpaid and paid versions of chatbots in the context of education. He is intensively involved in the implementation of artificial intelligence tools in research and education.
