In October, the matriculation of new students at the Faculty of Science, UJEP, will take place.
At the beginning of the 2025/2026 academic year – October 21, the Faculty of Science at the University of Jan Evangelista Purkyně in Ústí nad Labem will hold a ceremonial matriculation of new students.
Matriculation is a ceremonial act expressing the acceptance of a student into the academic community of the faculty. Matriculation takes place on the faculty premises, in the large auditorium, with the participation of the dean, vice-deans, and promoter, always at the beginning of the academic year.
This year’s matriculation ceremony will take place on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. in the red auditorium of the MFC.
Students are invited to the matriculation ceremony via an electronic invitation, which will be sent out during the first week of October.
